Council Approves Radius Housing’s 26-Unit Apartment Complex

A housing association’s plan to develop a town centre apartment complex for elderly residents in Coleraine has been approved by the council.
Radius Housing’s proposal includes 26 social housing units on a vacant site near the Diamond, between the Mall Car Park and Circular Road.
The site was previously home to a garage and car showroom.
