Three Coleraine Properties To Go Under The Hammer In June Auction

community Jun 03, 2025

Three commercial properties in Coleraine are set to be auctioned later this month, with guide prices ranging from £230,000 to £430,000.

The properties will be brought to market by Osborne King, a Belfast-based auction house, during an online sale scheduled for 26 June 2025.

Among the lots is 13 Kingsgate Street, formerly occupied by fashion retailer DV8, which carries a guide price of £230,000. Also listed is 66 Hanover Place, currently home to fast-food giant KFC, with a guide price of £430,000.

The third property, 27–29 Church Street, previously housed a Barclays Bank branch and is also guided at £230,000.

Osborne King has been operating in the Northern Ireland property sector for decades. In 2018, the firm moved its commercial auctions online, a change that has since streamlined the process for both buyers and sellers.

The upcoming sale is expected to draw interest from local investors and developers, with the properties offering potential for both redevelopment and continued commercial use.
